These terms govern use of the Flowers by Ruiz website and purchases of flowers, gifts, delivery and room-styling services.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Cookie, Shipping and Returns policies. You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate information. If you order for another person, you confirm that you may provide their delivery details.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment authorization and our availability confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for inventory, delivery, pricing, fraud, safety or legal reasons and will refund amounts captured for an unfulfilled order.
Flowers, customization and substitutions
Flowers are natural and seasonal. Images are style references, not an exact guarantee of stem position, opening stage or shade. If a variety is unavailable, the florist may substitute a bloom of equal or greater value while preserving the selected palette, scale and overall silhouette. Custom lettering, ribbon text and card messages are produced from the text submitted and may not be changed after production begins.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change before an order is submitted. Applicable tax, delivery, service and optional-addition charges are shown before final confirmation. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated and may be withdrawn. You authorize our payment provider to charge the selected method for the confirmed total.
Delivery and risk
Delivery windows are estimates unless expressly confirmed as a guaranteed appointment. You are responsible for a complete address, recipient availability and access instructions. After a successful handoff to the recipient, front desk, concierge or authorized safe location, responsibility for care passes to the recipient.
Cancellations, returns and guarantees
Fresh flowers and personalized goods are perishable or custom-made. Cancellation and remedy rules are described in our Returns & Floral Guarantee. Those rules form part of these terms.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape at scale, submit unlawful or abusive content, impersonate another person or use the service for fraud. Flowers by Ruiz names, copy, graphics, product photography, arrangement concepts and site design are protected and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Flowers by Ruiz is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where law does not allow that limitation.
Florida law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days to seek an informal resolution. Courts with jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida will have exclusive venue unless consumer law requires otherwise. Updated terms apply prospectively from the date posted.
